Our turnaround for booklets & brochures is from 3-5 working days from artwork approval (except for our short run flyers). If you need them quicker than this, please contact us we can usually accommodate your request

Short run, Quick Turnaround Booklets – From Same Day
In a hurry? Not a problem! We have a quick turnaround service for certain booklets. These are printed in full colour or black & white only onto a range of paper stocks (80gsm, 100gsm, 120gsm or coloured 80gsm and up to a 160gsm white or coloured card cover if required) and can be printed from a same day service (please do let us know your deadlines before ordering to ensure that we can meet them).
These can be folded only or folded and stapled.

Wiro Bound Booklets
These booklets feature a spiral wire wrapped around the pages to bind them together.
They are ideal for company reports, personalised notebooks and product manuals. These booklets can accommodate between 8 and 240 pages.
These booklets are available in a range of standard sizes ranging from A3 to A6.
The pages and cover of these booklets can be supplied on a range of paper stocks.

Saddle Stitched Booklets
Saddle stitched booklets offer an affordable option for creating booklets. The pages are nested together and stitched with wire, effectively providing a staple down the spine.
The work really well for newsletters and event magazines and can accommodate from 4 to 80 pages. If your booklet has more pages than this, we recommend perfect bound brochures – see below.
These booklets are available in a range of standard sizes including; 210mm square, A4 portrait or landscape, A5 portrait or landscape, A6 portrait and 1/3 A4 (DL) portrait. If you need something in a custom size, please contact us for a quote.
The inner pages of these booklets can be supplied on a range of paper stocks including 100gsm uncoated, 115gsm gloss or silk, 120gsm uncoated, 130gsm gloss or silk, 150gsm gloss or silk or 170gsm gloss or silk paper.
The cover page of your booklet is key to give an eye-catching result as a first impression. The cover page can be printed onto the same paper stock as the inner pages or you can opt for a thicker, more premium paper stock including 170gsm gloss or silk, 250gsm gloss or silk, 250gsm uncoated or 300gsm coated board.
Finally, there is an option to add a bit of extravagance to the cover of your booklets. We have the option to laminate your chosen cover with either a matt, gloss or soft touch lamination on either one or both sides. The choice is yours…

Perfect Bound Brochures
Perfect bound brochures provide a professional and high-quality finish. The pages and cover are glued together at the spine with a strong and flexible thermal glue. Finally, they are trimmed to give a clean ‘perfect’ edge.
These perfect bound brochures work for designs with between 40 and 240 pages.
These brochures are available in a range of paper sizes including A4, A5 and A6. If you need something in a custom size, please contact us for a quote.
The inner pages of these booklets can be supplied on a range of paper stocks including 100gsm uncoated, 115gsm gloss or silk, 120gsm uncoated, 130gsm gloss or silk, 150gsm gloss or silk or 170gsm gloss or silk paper.
